A Little Bit About a Lot of Things

A lifestyle blog with a focus on my food adventures

I finally had a chance to check out the ‘noodle bar’ at Blue Ginger after hearing so much about it. The noodle bar is only offered on the weekdays from 11am-2pm. If you dine in, they seat you in the lounge. We got take out.It was a rainy day, and I was lucky to find metered parking right out front. They also have a lot in back.

We ordered one house pork miso and one house chicken miso. Neither of us were daring enough to get the spicy miso….

The pork miso

The chicken miso. The miso soup had this great smokey flavor to it-and here’s what I love about this dish-they didn’t skimp on the noodles. The chicken was sliced extra thin and you could see the spice rub around the edges-really great flavor. I wish there had been a bit more chicken, but overall, the dish was satisfying…and there was even some left over!
